Meet The Team
Owner/ International Coach and Speaker
Brandon Barber, husband of eighteen years and father of four boys is the author of The Noise in Your Head, and is the founder of the Brandon Barber Coaching Group.
He has worked with over half a million Network Marketers and Direct Sales Professionals over the last fifteen years, helping them get mentally and emotionally stronger through coaching and mentoring. Through his own struggles of anxiety, depression and adrenal fatigue, weight issues, and hone-work imbalances, he has developed a system to get leaders and their team member out of the choke holds of their lives and businesses and onto fast action results.
He and his team are undisputed experts on how to eliminate all the noise in your head in order to become more successful. People engaged with their coaching workshops and programs create a better work/life balance, save time, eliminate stress, increase happiness, diminish anxiety, create courage, push through fear, take action, and create wealth.
Michelle moved from England to the U.S. 20 years ago. She has worked in Media Sales ever since she moved here, and has loved working with people to develop solutions to help grow their business. Her experience and enthusiasm translates perfectly to Brandon Barber Coaching because she loves working with Brandon and traveling with him to his events so she can get to know the amazing people he works and see them transform their lives.
She is the mother of 4 boys and has been happily married to Brandon for 18 years.
Her true passion is style, fashion, developing long lasting relationships helping others and confidence coaching. She believes that true self confidence comes when you are not afraid to be yourself and has helped other women learn to embrace their own inner uniqueness.
I am Carrie Thrall, ACC, BCC and a coach with the Brandon Barber Coaching Group. Before joining this team, I was a seasoned therapist and assistant program manager helping veterans re-engage in their lives after war and decided to move into coaching to help people thrive beyond what a therapy setting provides. As a manager, I had the opportunity to experience and overcome many challenges facing employees in a large government organization.
As a Brandon Barber coach, I see my clients as whole beings with inherent gifts, strengths and greatness that, with some support, can be accessed and flourish. I have great excitement for helping people on their journey to that greatness and overcoming barriers that get in their way.
Outside of work, I love to get out with my family and friends to experience the beauty of Colorado and give back to my community. I am inspired by helping others and find that service and commitment to something greater than myself helps me to thrive in both professional and personal life. I love that Brandon Barber Coaching shares these values and that I am able to provide this spectacular coaching program to those looking to grow and change!
I am a food loving, wellness seeking, mother and farmer at heart who is committed to guiding people towards their happiest, healthiest and most balanced selves.
I love gardening, mountain biking, camping, hiking, trail running, backcountry skiing, baking pies, cooking new recipes, anything in health and wellness, and a ready-for-anything explorer.
My mission is to live boldly, share my story, grow from my experiences, appreciate every passing moment, learn from others, and to live a beautiful life flooded with LOVE.
I am driven to make long-term positive impact on the world around us.. and have a dang good time doing it!
You’ve probably spoken with Laura on the phone or communicated via email as she is our main point of contact. And you may have even seen her at some of our events running around in those sparkly shoes!
Growing up in a military family, she has lived all over the United States and enjoys meeting new people and experiencing new places. She comes to us with a strong background in customer service, psychology & sociology studies, and is truly excited to connect with our clients to provide them with the best possible experience in support of their coaching programs.
Being here in Salt Lake City, she loves hiking our beautiful mountains, kayaking, biking, skiing, and experiencing our amazing arts culture including movies, music, and theater. All of us here at Brandon Barber Coaching desire our clients to live their full potential and she greatly values being an integral part of our team making that happen.
Brian has lived all over the US but decided to settle down in Utah about 10 years ago. He has worked in sales and sales management for almost 20 years now. 10 years ago he found his passion was helping people better themselves. He ran gyms for 5 years helping people lose weight and improve their overall health. Once his first daughter was born he decided it was time to find a new way to help people that would allow him the flexibility he wanted so he could watch his daughters grow up.
Fate stepped in 5 years ago and connected Brian with us here at Brandon Barber Coaching Group. He has now become an integral part of our team helping to serve our clients. He is the father of 2 beautiful little girls and has been married to his wife Tehra now for 10 years. When he is not working you can find him out in nature by himself or with his family.
Pam was born in Spokane, WA and slowly migrated east living in Coeur d’Alene, ID, then near Yellowstone National Park before heading southbound to Salt Lake City. Previously, she worked as a legal assistant for 20 years in Idaho and as a program/facilities manager and executive assistant for 16 years with a non-profit in the Yellowstone area. After moving to Salt Lake, she worked with a local company taking graduation photos and managed a tax office. She has been with Brandon Barber Coaching over 8 ½ years in the accounting department and works closely with the remarkable people who coach with us. Pam’s 45 years of experience brings a diverse set of office, administrative and creative skills to our team.
Her great passion is nature — be it through traveling, fishing, or photography. She shares her life and love with her husband of 18 years, Shaun.
